Today was a little better, too. Got out of the house for the first time in several days. Get to try some new shampoo. Hopefully it helps my scalp. Exercised before bed and read before bed and am getting to bed at a reasonable time. All good things.

A better day. I feel better about a lot of things and hopeful in what I want to do for myself. I’m excited to start taking better care of myself, and put more focus to the things that I love. That’s it.

Nothing much really. A bit before bed and some reading (hopefully, as I’m writing this earlier in the evening.) I felt better in the evening than I have the last few days, which is nice. Whatever is happening is difficult to figure out.
