Today I exercised in the morning a little bit and it was really nice. My body was super not into it, lots of pangs while stretching, but it was good for me, I believe. I’m trying to shift my evening routine to the morning. It stinks having zero energy all day and then at 8 pm getting a huge jolt and want to do everything.
