Feelin’ alright. Felt weird last night as I went to sleep. I was wobbly and dizzy. It was strange. I slept well and I think it was just coming off of eating too much sugar. I’m not sure. What about sugar makes you more anxious? I’ve noticed that when I eat more of it, I’m more emotional and swing back and forth emotionally. I dunno.

Taking a rest day, today. I’m going to stretch and drink lots of water and take care of myself. I feel like I’m slipping on basic care toward myself.
