More days inside. The air outside is hazardous, so I’m just focusing on staying sane while inside. No need to make it worse for myself when I don’t have to.
Things have been up and down. Yesterday was overwhelming, for good reasons, but overwhelm is the same as anxiety. You can have anxiety about good things as much as you can over bad.
Today is purposefully slow. Ambient music, just sitting with my notebooks, stretching throughout the day.
