I went for a very long walk today, even ran parts of it. My legs don’t feel sore, but rather much stronger and looser. It’s a good feeling. I feel more stable in my body, both physically and mentally, which is good. Everything is much more under control, or at least feels that way.

I’m gonna do yoga tomorrow and see how that goes. Mixing it up will do me well, and I miss yoga and feel confident enough in my feet.
