I’m back to exercising finally. Today is the second day of going for walks. I’m pretty much recovered from the procedure on my feet, which went well. It’s nice, too, to have a decade of issues with my feet finally corrected. Now I can get back to stretching and yoga.
Later today, I’ll stretch out the possible shin splints (being couch-ridden for weeks really messes you up). It feels great to be moving again.
