Didn’t go out for a walk, but went out to the store today. I’m isolating until a friend gets their test back. I may have been in contact with someone. I’ll know in a few days. I’m just being safe. Sucks, but that’s what it is.

Still feeling under the weather, so staying in again and resting. I feel much better than yesterday, but there is a nagging something underneath. Don’t know what it is. Hoping rest and hydration help. Can’t wait to get back out! I have my next trail already picked out.

Left the house this morning to drop something off, but do not feel like going for any kind of walk, so I won’t. Nothing is really happening. Things feel okay, I just don’t want to, and I’m not gonna force myself.

Didn’t get out today, but I feel alright. I did the other things on my list, which is nice. Things are slow, but that’s alright. I’m trying to figure out how to ride the waves is all. It’s challenging and I’ve been falling and failing often.

Didn’t go out the last two days. should have, but just didn’t. been feeling very low energy and so just opted to not get out for a walk. I’m not sure exactly why I feel this way, but everything just feels kinda blah. I’m gonna stretch in the afternoon and we’ll see how tomorrow feels.
