The smell of wood burning in the air and not feeling too well kept me inside for the day. I feel fine now writing this, which is nice. Just something that messed up my morning. Everything is fine, just strange, as everyone is feeling in some degree or another.

9-3-2020

Went for a long walk today. I measured out my normal walking route, and it’s about 2.5 miles in total. Nice to know that. Walking went well, I’m less sore than yesterday, which is good. My hip is still off, but stretching seems to help. The rest of the day is pretty calm. Nothing crazy.

Just stretching today in the afternoon. I woke up extremely sore, and my hip is bothering me again, so I didn’t want to push it. Physically, things are different today, but mentally I am still on track. That’s what matters. Things are good.

8-30-2020

Smokey again, so no walking. I’m going to stretch throughout the day, and stop what I’m doing in the day and do pushups and squats and things, just to breakup the sameness of the day. I feel strange, but that’s acceptable for where things are right now.

Well, yesterday was clear and today is smokey again, so no going out again. I found out recently that you can walk marathons, so now that will be a goal I work toward. I’m happy to have something to work toward. Sitting still isn’t good for me.
